Not all BackerKit surveys have been sent yet

Hello!
Earlier today we sent out an update regarding the BackerKit surveys being sent out, since then we have been inundated with messages asking where they are, or people can't access their pledge manager.
There is a good reason why you maybe be experiencing issues or not received anything yet, currently, only 25 pledge emails have been sent out to test to make sure everything is working. Once we start to see pledges being completed without any issues we will send the rest.
I can only apologise for not being very clear on this, please wait for your pledge manager email to land in your inbox.

BackerKit surveys are coming! Get ready for your Pledge Manager email.

The good news is we are now ready to go as Kickstarter has completed their bit and transferred all pledge information into BackerKit which is our pledge manager of choice. Kickstarter has only had an issue with a few backers unable to complete their pledge and as we don't want anyone to miss out we will be contacting each person individually to see if we can get something sorted.
Everyone else very soon will receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfil your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email, click the survey link to respond. By doing so you will be taken to the starter screen for your personal pledge survey.

Select 'Get Started!' to, funnily enough, get started. We have asked you three questions to start (we hope you don't mind). These questions are to help us decide which monster, heroes and genres you would you like to see next.
Survey Questions
Once you have completed the questions, you will be able to check and complete your pledges this can include the additional purchase of any add-on items at an extra cost and the payment for shipping which is being calculated by weight and destination.
If you wish to add to your pledge now is the time!
When you have finished choosing click 'NEXT' and you will be taken to the next screen and asked for your shipping information.
Enter your full name and postal address to calculate the correct cost of shipping
This shipping information will generate your shipping cost which you will be asked to pay along with any other additions on the confirmation screen either via credit/debit card or PayPal.
Final screen to confirm and complete your pledge survey
We are aiming to ship all pledges by September 2020, or earlier if possible. We will be locking any completed backer pledges every Friday and we will start doing this from the beginning of April sending a notification before we do.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://mortal-gods-mythic.backerkit.com/.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://mortal-gods-mythic.backerkit.com/faq.
Please remember by answering your survey in a timely fashion helps us get your rewards out to you faster, we will be operating a first submitted first-served basis. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organisation, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.

We passed our final Stretch Goal late last night and while we wanted to celebrate immediately, we didn't want to flood your inboxes too much.
Our team behind this first Kickstarter campaign and our first time making fantasy miniatures - myself, Andy, George, Trish, Stavros, Dan, and the wonderful people who will be molding and casting and packing and shipping your rewards - want to thank you all for making this as successful as it has been!
We look forward to getting the BackerKit pledge manager up and running soon. For details on that timeline, please check out Update #15 HERE. Then we can start getting all of your lovely miniatures out to you.
We still have 3 hours left on the campaign, so if you haven't jumped in to add your Minotaur, you still have a little bit of time!

It certainly has been a busy 24 hours since our last update! We are almost at 400 backers and so much closer to the Stretch Goal that will unlock the mighty Minotaur.
Welcome to everyone who has joined us recently! We thought it would be a good idea to share a few links to some of the updates to answer some questions you might have, or check out some more information about things that are available as Add-Ons or how the Mythic Lochos can work...

The Minotaur!
We are just over £1200 away from unlocking this beast as a £30 Add-On, so we thought that those of you playing Mortal Gods: Mythic would be interested in checking out his card. We still have some art on the way, but George put together this card mockup for us (so it isn't the final card) and it'll give you a good idea of how he'll act on the tabletop.
As we enter the final day of the campaign, we're all going to be spending quite a bit of time keeping an eye on the campaign page, so if you have any questions at all, we'll be ready to answer them.

The Final 48 Hours!

That's right, we are coming down to the wire. Just 48 hours left in our first Kickstarter. It has been a pretty amazing experience. Other people who have run Kickstarters can tell you what they experienced, but until you do it yourself you don't really know.
Andy and I, as well as Trish, Stavros, George, and the rest of the team at Footsore want to thank you all for your support so far and ask for your help in these final two days. We're heading towards the final stretch goal, unlocking the Minotaur and we want to make sure we get over the line.
We are now at the point of needing roughly 45-50 new backers to get us there (which is only 5% of those lovely people who asked to be reminded by Kickstarter about this campaign), or if everyone who has already backed added £10 to their pledge amount we'd reach it too. Or, you know, any mix of those two things. As you can see above, Vince had the Minotaur all framed up by the time he left work for the day. We're really hoping to be able to pour some silicone around that awesome model on Monday morning!
Once we do hit the goal it'll be available as an Add-On for £30 for Kickstarter backers. And it does look gorgeous!
Speaking of Add-Ons (this time of the £20 variety) we have just had the first digital prints in of the new Temple Guard Shields. These were sculpted by Dan Kelly who also sculpted our Athenian and Spartan shields that are quite popular with players. Kickstarter isn't wanting to upload that particular photo for some reason, so we'll try it again tomorrow.
